Cool Storage

All our cool stores control temperature, CO₂ levels through auto-measuring and purging, and utilise ambient air to assist with humidity and energy requirements. They are all controlled through a central computer system which stops/starts and sends alerts if the storage environment is compromised. We have 21 cool stores and three large dry store areas with a storage capacity of 20,000 tonnes.

Our cool stores all have modern, computer controlled plant and equipment capable of controlling temperature, CO₂ levels, humidity whilst utilising outside ambient air when suitable to do so.
